The parts were labeled well and all in tact, instructions on assembly and say to follow. Bench is sturdy and made of quality materials. After assembly we tested the bench by sitting on it to discover that the adjusting connecting frame part was defective under pressure and the elastic pin threads were damaged. I contacted the company and they were very responsive and friendly. They are sending replacement parts ASAP.
