The order I received from amazon isnt the Urge all in M as pictured in the advert or in the description when purchased, Its an Urge all in helmet, a lower model!They have sent this wrong model twice after reassuring me it was the all in M model I was purchasing and also when requesting the next size up they have refused to replace.I have a 54" head and as per the size guide the xs/s is the size i would need however the padding is thick and therefore sat on the very top of my head, so I would reccomend going the next size up to whats stated.Shame as these helmets look great quality and I especially liked they are eco which is great.Real shame!
