In less than a month their adhesive pads failed and my entire light setup came crashing down. This resulted in multiple damaged panels that were chipped and dented. The power supply cord prongs were also damaged, making the entire light set up unusable.Adhesive failures aren't covered under the warranty, convenient, despite doing everything right as suggested in their installation manual.I reached out to NanoLeaf customer service and they completely disregarded the information I provided and replied some copy paste information about cleaning walls and textured walls.For the cost of these lights, this is unacceptable.
