The replacement arrived in just a standard desertcart cardboard envelope/sleeve. Somehow it arrived in pristine condition. You can buy the Dualit spanner to make fitting easier. I didn't as I already had a mini set of metric spanners... schoolboy error, they appear to be BA/Imperial so metric didn't fit! I carefully replaced the element using long nose pliers to hold the nuts.. I have now ordered an imperial set of mini spanners for next time.
