The product dries very hard overnight and when I had areas more than 1/4" I would apply the product in multiple coats allowing at least 12 hours between coats. For the scope of what you're talking about I think epoxy would work better for the majority of the work and Platinum patch to do finishing work. Platinum Patch dries to a very hard surface and sands very well to complete the work. **Q: Once this stuff starts drying, is it enough to just add water?** A: I assume you mean "drying in the plastic canister". In that case, I don't know. You need to keep it closed so it doesn't dry out. If you mean "drying on the surface you applied it to", you can probably re-shape it for about 30 minutes. After it is dry, it is water-resistant. It works very well, and holds up well, outdoors. **Q: Is the price for 1 container or 2?** A: It comes in 32 oz and 16 oz. I ordered 2 and got 4 times 16 oz **Q: Will platinum patch fill small holes and Gauges in concrete siding?** A: Unsure, it might. We used it for wood with excellent results. We are very happy with the results we were looking for.
