First, it feels great in my hand and I have big hands. Secondly, this thing is light as a feather and I like the fact that it is rechargable. I use it with a Bluetooth connection and the cursor motion is very smooth. Here's what I don't like about it. If you are using it via a Bluetooth connection, it will not wake your sleeping computer up because Bluetooth tends to also be disabled when sleeping. They should've included a dongle that works for both their mice and keyboards. It makes little sense to me to include one exclusively for the mouse. Also, I don't like that you have to program the mouse via a wired connection; I think this is counterproductive.
