Review: Really fun to fly and great customer service - My 13 y/o son got one for Christmas but the box was missing landing gear and the plane looked like it was previously returned and resold by desertcart. I initiated a return to desertcart then Volantrexrc customer service reached out to see what I needed and sent several replacement parts. The plane is so fun to fly we decided to keep the replacement plane too. Beginner mode is fool proof. Intermediate allows loops. Expert mode should be left for true experts. I thought I had a handle on it but once those gyros kicked off a wind gust caused a death spiral right into the pavement. Surprisingly the only thing that happened was the nose cone fell off and the impact caused the prop to get wedged into the cowling body. Once pulled out the plane went back to the sky. Only complaint is sometimes it takes 15-20 seconds for one of the planes to sync with the controller before the prop spins. 4 stars for the plane itself and extra star for the outstanding manufacturer customer service.

I initiated a return to Amazon then Volantrexrc customer service reached out to see what I needed and sent several replacement parts. The plane is so fun to fly we decided to keep the replacement plane too. Beginner mode is fool proof. Intermediate allows loops. Expert mode should be left for true experts. I thought I had a handle on it but once those gyros kicked off a wind gust caused a death spiral right into the pavement. I think you need to have a basic understanding of RC planes to get the most enjoyment out of it. I had to make minor tweaks to get it to fly perfectly. It could use more support to get beginners up and flying happily. But, I really love it.
