Instructions incomplete. *by H***Y on Reviewed in the United States on October 31, 2021* I got this key fob for my 2005 Ford Excursion. The instructions on remotesremotes.com were incomplete. First time trying to program per the instructions my Excursion would not enter programming mode. The instructions do not tell you that you must have all of the doors unlocked and the drivers door open. First time I tried I only had drivers door unlocked and the door closed. A YouTube video showed me how to do it correctly. Here are correct instructions.1. Hit unlock button to unlock all doors. Leave drivers door open.2. Cycle ignition switch from off to run position 8 times within 10 seconds. Leave in run position on last cycle. You will hear door locks cycle.3. Immediately press any button on all key fobs. Again you will hear the door locks cycle after each one.4. Turn ignition switch off and you are done.This is a nice key fob.
