I purchased this for my daughter as a gift as this is what she wanted and it has worked perfectly for several years now. When I go to her home it just smells so nice and I love that you're able to easily customize the fragrance to your desired preference whether it be strong or mild. It has been very durable and it's easy to adjust and I like that it looks very modern and blends in to the background. Oh and it is very user friendly, I feel that anyone would be able to use this with ease. I definitely recommend!

This was easy to set up. I love how I can program the scents, I tensity and time at which to diffusé. It prevents wasting the nice scents when nobody is home. The variety of scents is awesome.

Sent me a used product, the package was previously opened. Missing parts (fragrances) and the instructions were ripped and all bent up!!!
