The tracks can be built as a circle or as an oval. There is a small fork where you can get the train to entre the tracks from out of the track ring, and this helps the train properly get onto the tracks.The train has 4 carriages to pull, and they can be rearranged as desired, or left off. The train comes with 2 rechargeable batteries, and the USB A cable to charge them. It only needs 1 battery to operate, so they can be switch out immediately when the battery is empty.There is a slide switch on the top of the train with 3 settings which can be set to Off/Movement with lights/Movement with music and lights.There is a little hole on the top which is a water reservoir.
