Love these cute earbuds! They're comfortable, easy to use and connect to my phone or laptop Bluetooth, and the sound quality is amazing! They charge up quickly and fit into a compact little charging and storage case, and even came with extra little soft covers for the part that goes into your ears. 😊 This is the second time I've owned JLab earbuds, and I'll buy these again!

These earbuds are very good to use. They fit comfortably in my ears but do slide out time to time, though for me that’s not a huge deal because they stay in more than they fall out. And the sound quality is amazing. The tap feature really comes in handy to change volume, pause music, and to activate my Siri. The battery life also is great and lasts me an entire day on one charge. 10/10 and due to the built in charger I will never have to search for a charger to use and that is very convenient.

These ear buds pair instantly and are comfortable to wear for long periods. The sound level is noticeably louder than my original Go Air Pop, which I previously owned. Charging is easy with USB‑C, and they come with two extra sets of ear tips in case you need a different size. Our office recently switched to a hybrid model, so I needed an affordable extra set of earbuds for working from home. After some research, I decided to try the JLab Go Air Pop. Overall, I am quite satisfied, though it does have a few flaws expected at this price point. The Pros: Price: At just $15, the value is unbeatable. You get a reliable pair of headphones with a built-in microphone for calls without breaking the bank. Connectivity: Pairing is quick and seamless. The Bluetooth connection remains stable for hours without dropping. The Middling: Audio Quality: The sound is perfectly acceptable for a budget device. YouTube videos and phone calls come through clearly, and people on the other end can hear me fine. The maximum volume is a bit low, but it is not a dealbreaker. Battery Life: Excellent performance here. After 5 hours of continuous use from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, my computer still shows 60% battery. It easily lasts through a full 9-hour workday before needing a charge. The Cons: Charging Cable: The integrated USB cable attached to the case is incredibly short and cannot be replaced. This makes plugging it in a bit awkward. Fit and Comfort: The earbuds struggle to stay securely in my ears because the silicone tips do not create a strong seal. They fall out much more easily than my Samsung Galaxy Buds. However, since the Galaxy Buds cost ten times more and I only use them while sitting at my desk, it is a minor grievance. Conclusion: For the price, these are surprisingly good. They are not perfect, but they make an ideal backup or starter pair of earbuds.

Best earbuds. Better than airpods. Charge lasts forever and it is simple to charge on the go with the charger being attached to the case itself. Sound quality is amazing, durability is amazing. I have dropped these countless times, my dog has chewed on the earbud itself, I’ve dropped the earbud itself in a bowl of water (I don’t recommend doing any of these things) but the earbuds came out on top! They can obviously withstand some damage. Love these!

I bought these based on the reviews saying that they have a long battery life since I mainly use them when I sleep to listen to podcasts and boring audiobooks and then definitely deliver— definitely not as discreet and comfortable as my previous Miniso mini buds, but I haven’t been woken up by a “battery low” tone yet so they are doing the job! Great price, comfortable in my small ears, and quality sound.

bought these for gym use, been using skull candys, which does have great sound but unfortunately regardless of what size bud you use, they fall off. These Jlab Go air's are great. Great quality, sound and fit! Used them for cardio and did not fall off once, also love how the color is close to a pastel/matte. Ill be ordering a second as backup!

I’ve been using jlab headphones for years at this point and I’ve always been happy with them! Sound quality is great, battery life is pretty good! However, with this model, there is something I’m not the biggest fan of. These have a type-C cable attached to the case for charging. Which is great! EXCEPT, they won’t charge on voltage regulating type-c plug ins. Typically with more modern plug ins, there would be a “handshake” of sorts between the device and the plug in to regulate the voltage going to the device as to not completely destroy the battery by charging it with too high of a voltage. That does not occur with these headphones. They just don’t charge… the plug in is fine, it’s what I use To charge my phone. I’m now fully reliant on using my phone as a battery pack to charge these headphones. They aren’t a total loss because of that.. but it’s a little lame that they just reject charging instead of just regulating the output of voltage like these charging blocks are meant to do. I’ve tried 2 different charging blocks in multiple outlets with the same result. I will say, the sound quality is a step up from the JLab GO Air Pops! So, 3stars for that.

È passato quasi un anno da quando li utilizzo e devo dire che sono veramente ottime per un prodotto low budget. La batteria tiene ,il suono e buono,non ho riscontrato anomalie o problemi anche se li uso veramente spesso. La scelta di avere il cavetto incorporato per la ricarica all'inizio mi preoccupava però il cavo è ancora intatto e non ha segni si usura quindi non è un problema. L'unica cosa non impeccabile è solo il touch ma per il resto ne vale la pena prenderle

Me siguen sirviendo, duran lo adecuado en batería y se escucha relativamente bien, igual el micrófono

comfortable and surprisingly good sound for the price! i love how u can turn off the touch controls through the app, they always bothered me. i've had issues with it disconnecting from the app a lot though, but u only need it connected for adjustments, not use.

Good sound for the price. A little clumpy to get out of the case. Great customer service(!) which was needed as app instructions for pairing were incorrect.

I waited a few months to post a review, so here it is. I'm no audio connoisseur, but for me, the audio is clear, and the earbuds can easily put out enough sound. Battery life is very good, I practically never use them for long enough to get a low battery on the buds. Overall, they have been great value for the money, and assuming these last decently long, I will definitely be looking to Jlab again when I need a set of earbuds. I have only one complaint about these buds, and it really is a minor nitpick. They take slightly longer to connect to my phone after taking them from the case than previous buds I've had, and once they connect, they then announce "Bluetooth connected, battery full". Like I say, it's really a minor nitpick. It doesn't take more than 10 seconds longer to be ready to use than any other earbuds I've used, and realistically, it's more like 5 extra seconds. It wouldn't prevent me from buying these earbuds again, but if Jlab wants to improve these buds, if they could add the ability to disable that voice announcement with the app, that'd be appreciated. I definitely would recommend these earbuds to anyone who wants a good set of Bluetooth earbuds at a price that is reasonable.
