**Q: numbers get blocked- why??**
A: Sorry my wife has not had this problem with this phone. Could it be your network provider i.e. SIM provider. Have you asked them the question. Do you have another SIM free mobile to try the SIM in and see if the numbers are block using that handset. If yes suggests the network/SIM is the problem!

OK this is a relatively cheap phone but the keypad is an absolute nightmare. I have used the phone for several months now and I have to get rid of it. Texting is not a pleasant experience in fact I have ended up throwing the phone across the room in frustration! It's going this week
