no not a dust bag but a dust collector with cleanable filter, you can also shove your hoover hose in it.

Is this suitable for 75x457 40 grit belt

Please note! The short version of this sander uses 75x457, not 75x533. I've made the mistake of reading the QAs here and ordering the wrong size.

How many sanding belts come with this?

in truth i think none. i widne buy . mine lasted half an hour then gave up the ghost. better buy and aldi belt sander . more robust. MEANT FOR TOUGHER JOBS. CHEERS

How many mm can this take off? Also does it collect dust well?

it will take off as much as you want it to, depending on the grit of the belt you are using, and how long you keep it on the workpiece, it has a dust collection bag attached which can be removed for the attachment of a vacuum.
