The only issue is the supplied thermal pad is too thin, it makes partial contact at best and even then the thermal pad only comes in contact with a thin sheet of metal that screws into the thick metal frame. So if you're buying this, buy a multi pack of various thickness thermal pads to make sure you get one the correct size for the job.
