This leg pillow is very comfortable, it really helps to remove pressure from your lower back, and it will also help to prevent blood clots after a surgery. The exterior pillow case can be easily removed and washed, the fabric is very soft, and it appears to be very well constructed.

I bought this memory foam leg elevation pillow for my grandma to use after her knee surgery. It has helped her tremendously with swelling and circulation. It is a little bit big and bulky, so it takes up some space, but the comfort and stable support it provides make it totally worth it. This leg pillow has been helpful while I am having back problems. The handle in my opinion is a necessity, and it is easy to grab even when you aren’t very mobile. The firmness seems to be just right and I am satisfied with the length. I only wish it was a little taller but otherwise it is more than adequate. The pillow quality seem to be very good.

This pillow is so comfortable and has provided much needed relief for my sprained knee. However, if you are considering this pillow for leg elevation after surgery, it may not be the right choice because it could be too short for you. In my case, I am only 5'3", so my feet do not hang off the end of the pillow. It is important to have your entire leg and foot supported by the pillow if you are injured or recovering from surgery, and this would not be the right pillow for a tall person. This is more of a general use pillow to elevate your tired legs and feet, though it could be used post-surgery by smaller people. I like that it can used in different ways. I also like the handles on the side to make it easy to carry around. I love it!

Perfect for recliner or bed. The cover feels nice to the touch and easy to remove for washing. I especially appreciate the small, fabric handle attached which make it easy to transport.
