Review: Very good. Perfect fit at both ends & solidly constructed. - This was the second adapter of this type I had to source after the first pair I received from another brand turned out to be a very poor fit, (at both ends). Thankfully these adapters are ideal & work flawlessly. They screw in very snugly & the bayonet bulb also firmly locks in place as expected. They also haven't raised the height of the bulb itself as much as I was actually expecting them to either, so the bulb still sits nicely below the top level of the lamp shade despite the obvious added height of this adapter. They're solidly constructed & they certainly seem to be very well made, & I really can't complain about the cost either. Ultimately, a very cheap solution to a problem that would have otherwise required an extra £120 to resolve, (& I would have still been stuck with unused hardware of a similar cost too). I'm very happy with them & they do exactly what's required of them, no more, no less. (Although, I really only needed one but at the time of ordering I could only find one supplied as a single & that cost nearly twice as much anyway, at least I'll have the spare just in case, however unlikely.) I would purchase more if required & I'd happily recommend them to others. 5/5.

**Q: Does this have a half inch screw thread?**
A: Brilliant piece of equipment...simplicity..
we bought the 1" screw thread...the larger. Think that you can get the smaller version, ie. 1/2"

**Q: Will this work with Alexa light bulbs?**
A: Yes this will work with alexa smart bulbs. I am using them with smart bulbs and have no trouble with them.

This was the second adapter of this type I had to source after the first pair I received from another brand turned out to be a very poor fit, (at both ends). Thankfully these adapters are ideal & work flawlessly. They screw in very snugly & the bayonet bulb also firmly locks in place as expected. They also haven't raised the height of the bulb itself as much as I was actually expecting them to either, so the bulb still sits nicely below the top level of the lamp shade despite the obvious added height of this adapter. They're solidly constructed & they certainly seem to be very well made, & I really can't complain about the cost either. Ultimately, a very cheap solution to a problem that would have otherwise required an extra £120 to resolve, (& I would have still been stuck with unused hardware of a similar cost too). I'm very happy with them & they do exactly what's required of them, no more, no less. (Although, I really only needed one but at the time of ordering I could only find one supplied as a single & that cost nearly twice as much anyway, at least I'll have the spare just in case, however unlikely.) The product is great and packaging is really secure. The converter is of a high quality material and the screw end is really well threaded. Screwed on perfectly onto every bulb housing I had. Would recommend although the bulb shakes a bit and has a slightly loose fit but since I have my bulb hanging down vertically, it doesn't affect it. Great value for money.
