Answer and hand up on calls, the voice quality on both sides was flawless, people can hear me when I have the tv blaring while playing xbox, and it is comfortable. A lot of time cant tell its even on there. The functionality is great to, a volume button, and a multifunction button. Super easy to use. The 470 finally died, so this WEP460 seemed to be a similar replacement. It's not. THE BAD: - Does not have an on/off switch: User must press & hold the multi-function button for four seconds for it to power up/down. There is no clear indication that the unit is on or off afterward. The user must wait about ten seconds to see if the blue operation LED flashes or not. - Terrible microphone pickup: Everyone I tried to talk to with this headset had the same complaints, "I can barely hear you," "you sound like you're underwater", "everything you just said sounds garbled". - Routinely & unexpectedly drops connection to iPhone 4S: The unit will often drop the Bluetooth link to the iPhone during a conversation. - The rubber earpad around the earpiece is flimsy and too large The unit will not stay affixed to the user's ear canal, so it therefore will often dangle by the earhook. Not good when the user can't grab and re-adjust the unit on the ear. THE GOOD: It's inexpensive. But you get what you paid for. I'm exchanging it for something better.
