Better than Batteries Bought Online
I bought a cheap non-B&D 20V battery online and it turned out to be a mistake - and a sucky return policy. Again, the Amazon return policy emboldened me to buy these. Immediately, their weight indicated they were more like the OEM battery. Much cheaper than an original B&D replacement battery and have great lasting charge. Very pleased with this purchase.

Low quality
One of the two batteries is barely holding any charge after only 2 months, and I am out of options to return it.

Works well. Battery doesn't last as long as my original black and decker batteries (probably 15 minutes less) but it does what i need it to do

Okay for the price
They work decently, but being 4.0ah instead of the 2.0ah ones that come standard, you would expect them to last longer than the original batteries. That is most definitely not the case. So if you want to by these in bulk and switch out frequently, that's fine, they're certainly much cheaper than the black and decker batteries. Just don't expect the same performance or longevity.

Great customer service
Had a problem with one battery after one use. Sent the seller a msg and they immediately sent me a replacement. Both batteries now work great.

These 20v batteries are a good option and I’d buy them again.
I’ve had these 20 volt batteries for a couple of months now and have been very satisfied with them. They fit my tools and charger with no problem and they last a good while. I have not compared them to how long my originals last but I’m confident they are lasting longer.
