It actually works as a towel bar, but is not the one pictured. The bracketsbare rounded, not beveled. It is Lenape part 42501 They are also not pure white. I looked for one specifically to match my existing fixtures. If you want the one pictured with beveled ends search for Lenape part 818205. So save yourself an extra trip to return this item.
