Review: For me, it works as advertised - I have had no issues with this once I learned how to set the tray in properly. It has become literally a lifesaver for an elder. I have caregivers that come in and they have commented that it's the only one that they've seen that actually works. The only thing I don't like is the tab in front is not lockable, so if your elder likes to fiddle with things they will eventually figure out how to open it and get to all of their pills. The battery compartment locks there should be a lock on the front tab as well. Other than that it's a good value for the money, and the storage capacity is about 13 days of a.m. and p.m. functions like it should and easy to use for everybody

The size is perfect so my mother in law can't lose it. It is very easy to program for 6 preset alarms. The only issue I have is that I was under the impression that it had a key lock for the pills themselves but it only has a latch lock for the pills, the key is for the battery compartment. The pill minder flashes brightly and the alarm is loud enough for a women without hearing aides to hear. I really love that it has a sliding door so the pills don't fall out of the minder when she picks it up. Overall it is a very good product for the price!

### ⭐ Danger no lock, pills lodge between lid & divider, difficult to program.

Dangerous! Please don't purchased this for your loved ones with dementia. Purchased this to dispense pills for my parents with dementia & after having a memory loss due to mini stroke. Difficult to program &poor directions. Paper tabs don't stay down & pills get hidden & missed underneath. I had to tape the tabs down but they don't want to stick to the plastic. Three days after the return window closed, I discovered why I kept finding random tiny pills that were not taken. To dispense the pills & reset the device the dispenser has to be tipped upside down. Small pills get lodged between the lid & dividers & end up falling back into the pill area or the one next to it. This causes the pill to get missed or put in the next days pills so a person might take 2 of the same pill by mistake. I do not recommend for anyone with a memory impairment who can still physically open things because the device doesn't lock & people with dementia can easily open & gain access to all the pills.
