Seems a bit more effective than plain saline spray as it has sodium hyaluronate and aloe gel added. Some thoughts to consider: You are advised to use 2-4 pumps per side for each treatment and to repeat 3-4 times a day. I measured each 4-pump dose at 1.0g so in a 30 ml bottle you’ll get roughly 10 days of treatment. I’m using one pump, 2-3 times a day I found the liquid does drip back out of my nose for a few minutes. This can be prevented by holding your head back for a few minutes. The information booklet provided is like a mini glossy magazine explaining the full product range; the specific instructions for this gel is a half page on page 11.
