Go for the red color-seems best if you have trouble falling asleep after waking up in the night! I also bought the 4 pack LED SleepLite plus in lights in warm amber. Better pricing. But didnt see them in the red color. That's also good for other spaces where no one sleeps. But for rooms like bathroom and bedroom, I suggest going with the red Loftie Night Lights that also plug into the wall.

Love these lights. The red is soft and will not disturb your sleep! If I do wake up middle of the night, it's enough light to help me walk safely.
