2nd gps i ever bought first 1 needed to be reprogramed at box opening just never needed a GPS as i can read maps

we are trying to figure this out but so far you have to turn it off to change addtess,it wont hold the country your in. the direction booklet is reducilous (to me) very small writing and the pictures (with no name) is so small i need a magnifine glass to see it. I dont know if they paid people to write these review or what. no website that I can find for more info. we will give it a week and if we cannot find it to be easier I will send it back. More info to follow.
