The one in the red cap is made in Germany. The sauce in the yellow cap is more runny. Very similar to a soy sauce consistency. The sauce in the red cap is thicker, less runny and darker in color. My wife said didn’t like the smell from the one with the yellow cap. The ingredients are slightly different. The red cap one is more expensive in price. **Q: Where is this particular one from?** A: From this listing for "Maggi European Seasoning", seller "JDJ Trading Co" sold me a "Product of Germany" and seller "happy 702" sold me a "Product from China" so check who the seller is before buying depending on what you want. **Q: why do some bottles have the red and blue banner around it and some dont?** A: That might be because this one is made in Europe, just as you see in the bottom left corner, the globe is blue, and Europe is red and white. The others are from China, France, Germany, or another country. Maggi probably has a different label for each product.
