I use the shoulder strap that comes with my EGO leaf blower to attach to the EGO trimmer collar. The collar can be positioned along the shaft for best balance. However, a word of caution. Because the item does not come with a lock washer, the vibration will cause the nut to loosen and fall off the clamp soon after using the trimmer. The fix is simple: for a few cents, replace the nut with a lock nut. You may have to purchase a new matching bolt.
