The first arrived with the cover bent in half. I was sent a replacement right away- no issue. The second arrived with the metal binding piece detached- rendering it useless- and the edges are all beat up. When trying to get a replacement, I was instructed to return the original broken one or Iā€™d be charged again. Not worth the hassle.
