I got these for my daughter who has grommets and needs to keep them dry when swimming and when I talk to her, she can hear me perfectly. **Q: Would these fit a 1.5 year old?** A: I dont really know what size your 1.5 year olds ears are. However, you can reduce the size of each plug easily by tearing and remoulding. **Q: Can you use the plugs more than once, or do you need to throw them away after use?** A: Not at all.
