Otherwise, this multi-vitamin seems to be of good quality and includes all of the essential vitamins and minerals for your daily needs. I have been taking these daily in the morning and noticed no side effects or negative reactions to worry about. I've tried many different multi-vitamin supplements, including ones that were questionable in ingredients, so that says something about these. These appear to have high grade healthier ingredients that won't have a worse effect than they're intended to provide. I really like that these include the fish oil in them since you usually have to buy that as a separate supplement.

Probably the most robust fat soluble supplement in the market today. It did not have any undesired effects when taken with food. Expensive but I believe proper research and quality is going to make a product bit expensive and is worth it.
