It states that they have an 'intense mint flavour' and also says 'Contains: Sodium Fluoride' but makes no mention of sweetener. I believe the wood is sourced responsibly too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wisdom Dental Sticks *by E***B on 15 July 2011* I ordered these while looking for dental sticks that would be useful for people who do not have perfectly spaced teeth. Most I found were round and pointed which would not fit between perfect teeth so were mis-sold and should have been called cocktail sticks as that is what they are. To my surprise these Wisdom Dental sticks were exactly the right shape to fit between most teeth and are pointed at the tip, wider nearest the gums and narrower as they get further from the gums. They also get wider widthways and are superb as dental sticks, or toothpicks. My only negative comment is that they are so perfect at fitting between teeth and the pointed tip is not that strong so they often snap off. To make these from a harder wood would probably stop this, but the cost in new machinery and supply of harder wood would not make the upgrade economically viable. Plus the use of hard wood could probably have another adverse effect on our environment where hard wood is still obtained from areas in the World where replacement and replenishment of the resources is not considered.
