Still early days but are exactly as I expected

This is a great little gadget. After using and resting the toes for a moment, you can feel the muscles in your legs and hips, that hv been worked. Glad I bought.

Helps with the misalignment of one of my big toes. Works well.

Ideal for exercising big toes.

These are really nice to use after wearing shoes that hurt my bunions, like heels! Using these to stretch my big toes feels very nice! I typically use the lighter strength band, but I appreciate that it comes with both

So far so good, the thicker one works better than the loght one but then again its depends what your needs.

They are too heavy even light one

They are very basic elastic bands worth about 50 cents.

I like these, they work as described. Easy to use.
