These water-resistant postpartum cooling pads are not only soothing but also protect against sweat caused by overhang creasing and showering. HOW TO USE: Ensure the area is clean and dry. Open the pouch and remove the gel pad. Peel back the release paper marked (1) and gently place the gel side over your closed incision. Apply by massaging from the center outwards before removing the release paper marked (2). For extra cooling, refrigerate unopened pads. To remove, hold the center of the pad and gently pull the edge outward, following hair growth direction. CAUTION: Use as directed. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. They are so sticky, which I guess is great for keeping it extra clean and waterproof but they are painful to rip off! So stingy! Review: If I could rate 0 star I would. Too short to cover c section scar and all around the edges where the sticky glue is it’s almost burnt my skin raw. What was a nicely healing c section scar is now surrounded by sore weeping skin.
