Does what it says on the tub, wakes you up, gives a boost in energy, gives a boost in strength (or at least the confidence to go a bit heavier). You get a good pumped feeling too. I went straight in with 2 scoops, and Iโ€™d say my heart rate was a tad high, nothing dodgy, but next time I went one scoop and that was much more balanced. I'll only use this on weights days, not cardio. May sound obvious to some, but you never know. Takes a good 30-40 mins to kick in and tastes great (Fruit Punch). I havenโ€™t tasted the other one.
