To test the machine I made the basic white loaf first and it came out really well and tasted lovely. The second loaf is mixed white, granary and rye flour with chopped nuts and fruit. The machine has no fruit/nut dispenser but does have the ADD feature and beeps at the appropriate time so you can add whatever you like. It mixed in my fruit and nuts without a problem. It doesn't have the REMOVE feature which allows the machine to stop so you can remove the mixing blades before baking. I haven't tested the timer yet. The machine is easy to clean, the bread releases easily from the pan with just a couple of shakes. The crust colour was good and even on top of the loaf as well as the sides. There is a setting for Home Made bread where you can change the time of every stage - kneading, rising and baking should you want to make your own recipes. I hadn't realised that the item was actually located in Germany, nothing was mentioned in the listing. The item arrived 1 day late but was worth the wait. And Recommend supplier for professionalism and prompt response and result ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality Breadmaker *by J***W on 5 December 2025* This is a really good breadmaker... the instruction book is poor, so look up a good recipe online and use that. I've been using breadmakers for many years and my standard recipe is now working well, with a bit of experimentation and tweaking. Wipe it down with a damp cloth after every use and it will stay pristine; mine has. I particularly like the two-paddle layout that produces loaves that will fit in my toaster! And the little widget that allows you to hook out the paddles with minimum damage to the loaf. My previous (Panasonic) breadmaker made good loaves too, but it cost more than twice as much, and slices didn't fit the toaster.. Fitting the pan into the machine is a knack, but no sweat once you have it. When the pan has been washed feel underneath for the gaps in the paddle mechanism, alighn with the machine bits and insert. When I make the loaf I remove it carefully and then just put it back in just as it was, to bake. I always use programme 15, with the following timings: 15/30/20/50/45/57. 57 should be 60-65 if you like a darker crust. I use 385g liquid, and 570g flour. You have to make a decent sized loaf in order to get rid of the gap in the middle! Smaller loaves look like a Bactrian camel. I add 30g seeds to every loaf. When I received the breadmaker there was a large dent in the lid. I complained, returned it, the vendor was understanding and has sent me another one ... with a large dent also! The reason is that the box has been opened and a UK plug adaptor tossed in on top, without any wrapping. Box then resealed and despatched. If only they had put a bit of bubble wrap around it and put it into the breadpan, where there is plenty of room... but they didn't.
