It arrived quickly, nicely packaged with the DVD. The instructions for all the programs that need to be installed could use some work. It's pretty technical and there are half a dozen different things that need to be installed and calibrated. The menus aren't exactly intuitive either. I got most of the stuff installed to the point where I could hook up the scanner to the car and get it to read the ignition was on and working. However I couldn't get it to read anything. I sent their tech support line a message on Skype, they got back to me within 30 minutes on a Friday evening and he used the TeamViewer program (included on the DVD) to remotely control my laptop and finish the install and get everything working in less than 10 minutes. Now I just need to brush up on my German and get familiar with the software some more. Overall I'm pleased with the product and very impressed with the tech support. A little better instructions may help with the install process though. I need to be able to talk to all the modules in my sons 2000 BMW 323i to address a no crank problem... I set it up on a laptop running windows 7 32bit. The only thing that I cant seem to figure out is the switch on the cable end.. No description of what the positions do. I did get it to talk to the car on the second notch from the left.
