Must change grip for Python. - Great design, I usually prefer Safariland just a litte better because you can just push down, and rounds drop in cylinder (a little quicker when seconds may count). Like all HKS speedloaders, you must twist HKS PYA to drop rounds but no big deal. Works great. One caution, if you are purchasing for the New Colt Python, you should change grip to use pretty much any speedloader easily. Too tight with current wood grip. I replaced with pachmayr grip which works awesome and for sale here on desertcart for $41 bucks. You can't beat it. It feels so great in your hand, much better grip for shooting. Not as pretty as the original wooden factory grips though. I just store the original wooden grips for looks or if I ever want to sell the gun. (which won't happen). These are the grips you want..
