I like the way the straps are done..no piping to fall apart so I have high hopes for them holding up to occasionally carrying my laptop and planner. My only complaint is no inside pockets (but it's reversible), though the attached bag inside is a nice touch and I just put my small stuff in there. The color is nice. I also attached pictures for size and color with a pair of j crew loafers since the tan side is a bit brighter. The attached clutch is awesome for smaller things and also fits my small wallet and business card holder with plenty of room for pens, gum, etc. The bottom insert does feel like it may be a bit flimsy, but you could put something more study underneath and cover it because the insert is covered with the same color and material as the bag! The fact that it even comes with it surprised me as most don’t have them.
