A: Sign of the times I guess!!!!

**Q: How do you remove the battery cover, my fan has a weird screw that doesn’t let the cover open?**
A: You don't need to remove the screw.  Its like a clip, hold the handle and pull down with your thumb nail and it will release the cover.  Its a large battery, I suppose you can get   replacements from Amazon.

**Q: Can you get replacement chargerble batteries as my fan is 2 years now**
A: Yes you can get replacement batteries, just search for 18650 3.7v batteries on Amazon, there’s a wide range depending on your budget

**Q: What  Usb  type  is this?**

An absolutely brilliant compact fan! Excellent battery life. Has 3 speed settings (low, medium, high). Folds to a compact size to fit the palm of your hand. Great for use at home or on the go!
