My 32" waist still has a bit of room in the pants, but it is a snug fit. This slim fit style does conform much more closely that a more traditional suit style and it's not something that I'd probably want to wear for an all day business setting. But, for some upcoming weddings and other formal events that I have upcoming, this fits the bill nicely. I can wear it with the vest and the jacket open, or I can button the jacket if I don't wear the vest. The material itself looks and feels good. It has a weight to it that I didn't expect given the price. The zipper on the pants is probably the weakest element and something to be a little careful with.
