Review: Wonderful!! ( But sharp) - We live Philly Cheese steak subs and stir fry. So we got this so we didn't have to pay for already thin sliced sirloin at the grocery store. We got a few pieces of Chucky sirloin and used it in this machine. A little tougher to do than on some of the videos but it really worked perfectly. Now cleaning was easy with the brushes but I did have to take the two sharp razor parts apart to clean. Did so and put back together being very careful not to cut myself. Little bit later looked down and saw a cut on each hand on fingers. So even being careful still resulted in cuts. So immediately ordered a set of filet gloves. Won't use this thing without them just for safety sake. This is our firstbstir fry. We love it enough to keep it for sure!

Piece of garbage. Don’t waste your money. Bad design. Sharp blades but cheap plastic handle. Handle broke off second time I used it!! I gave it one star because blades seem to be good.
