Really good protein drink that doesn’t taster gritty, heavy or have that protein aftertaste. I use it as a snack or meal replacement but you could mix it to make smoothies, ice creams, overnight oats, etc. I definitely recommend this for anyone, of any age, trying to get a little extra protein without excess calories.

I am a huge protein shake lover and have tried most of them. On taste alone it is 5/5. My kids call it a chocolate milkshake, if that tells you anything from a 3 - 9 year old perspective. I’m giving it a 4/5 bc the cost is absurdly high. It fills me up and it makes life easier to have them on hand. There’s minimal chalky taste (according to my husband). The nutritional content appear to be healthier. Each shake has the same delicious consistent taste. Pour it in a cup of ice, with some whip cream on top and enjoy your new summer drink! While meeting your protein goals!

These shakes not only taste fantastic but the texture is creamy and the chocolate flavor delicious. I like to freeze them so that it is more like ice cream. But, the main reason I bought them is because my personal trainer recommended that I increase my protein to support muscle growth. These have 30 grams of protein at only 150 calories which is crazy great. Plus, only 2 grams of sugar and they are lactose free for those of us intolerant like myself. And did I mention they taste great, lol.
