They glued the pieces to chip board in quilt-inspired designs. Pieces were consistently sized and brightly colored. I found it odd that the pages weren't optimized for using the entire page of cardstock. I would have connected all the pieces directly to each other to get more pieces per page as well as make punching them out faster. Instead each shape was surrounded by white space that is discarded.
