But this UPS is fantastic for PS5,it doesn't turn off when mains switch is off.(Hoever i haven't tested with power being off from supply authority)[ will update here] In summary 1000VA works for my PS5, 600VA doesn't work. Maybe it's due to transfer time of this ups being in range of 4ms- 8ms. They provide this info in box. One thing to bear in mind is this ups is annoyingly lound in beeping. Review: Purchased this about a year ago as a backup power solution for my PS5. Its main purpose was to prevent sudden shutdowns when the power goes out. The UPS handles the power shift properly, giving enough time to safely shut down the PS5 instead of it turning off abruptly. The beeping sound can be a bit irritating at times, but apart from that, it works well.
