A: You can twist the light in any direction but it does not have a charge function. It has to be plugged in.

Fab lamp which screws to a desk or table. There are 3 colours of light which dim if wanted. Bright when turned up it's great for crafting, jigsaw, sewing or reading etc. really easy to use and looks good. Really stable when tightened and moves around easily.
