Price was good.Chip appeared used as expected but in good shape. Installation as always is straight forward. I opted to use a contact frame and KPx thermal compound.The 12700k/kf to me is the sweet spot for 12th-14th. They are priced well, you also get the same set of 8 performance cores as you get all the way through the entire Intel line up to even the 14900KS they just don't run as high / aren't binned as well.Performance was excellent and functionality when you disable e-cores is great.Since this is 12th gen, stability is great and there is no chance of degradation.
