Nordic Ware 12 Cup Standard Size Muffin Pan, Silver

Sin duda es un de los mejores productos que puedes comprar para hornear muffins. El producto supera la calidad de aluminio de la mayoría de los competidores. Hecho en Estados Unidos, una garantía de por vida y una disipación del calor de manera uniforme en toda la superficie lo hacen una marca deseable en tu cocina. Por la misma razón las tiendas de lujo Williams-Sonoma, le agregan su nombre a una línea de moldes en acabado dorado que terminan costando entre 50 y 100% más que estos en Amazon. Excelente inversión.

I was impressed with the weight of the pan. Everything seems to be light and flimsy these days so I was pleasantly surprised. The cups were a bit smaller and more shallow than one I had and I was worried that I'd have to adjust the amount batter. I used the same recipe. The cups were filled to the brim with batter. Fortunately the muffins didn't spill over or touch while baking. The only adjustments I'll have to make is to get used to using an aluminum pan and make sure it is well greased next time. (Even still only one muffin stuck)

So thankful to find a well made, heavy-weight, solid aluminum 12 cup muffin pan for a reasonble price. I am also thankful for the dimensions of this pan. I am now living in a senior only building, and, was surprised to find a smaller than normal oven. I guess they think seniors don't bake. I actually hadn't planned on it, but old habits are hard to break, so this wonderful solid aluminum muffin pan that fits the smaller ovens beautifully, will get me back in the ball game!

I really like Nordic Ware's products. I've slowly been replacing all my bakeware with this brand. The aluminium transmits heat so well that cooking times are generally shorter. Cleaning is a breeze too, though it can't go in a dishwasher.
