So much easier than they used to be. Two legs have wheels and when folded up the whole thing easily fits into the zip open bag with the two wheels locked into place and sticking out to just roll it behind you. When you want to set it up, unzip the bag, unlock the wheels. Spread it apart and then large, easy buttons let you adjust the leg height. A giant button in the middle of roof lets you press up and fully expand the size and lock in the top of the legs. When you are ready to take it down. Release the giant button in the middle of the roof and it decompresses the top secure points and is ready to lower the legs and press the corner back together. Don't bother taking the top on and off. It folds up clearly and fits right in the back with the top on. When it's up the legs are completely vertically straight.
