Review: This does a great job. Is it perfect? No. It misses corners a bit and can leave a couple circles where it terminates. It’s not quiet. But it really does clean and it is a work horse. Couple of tips: works well with windex in the reservoir. Don’t use a soapy window solution or the robot will slide off the window. Really dirty/dusty window? Use the remote and run it multiple times A few times it seemed to stop working, tried it again the next day and it was fine. Doesn’t work well with tiny or very narrow windows. Works great on mirrors (including sliding mirrored closet doors) Doesn’t work on car windshields I think the angle is a challenge. (I’m trying it on everything!) Compared to the cost of having a service come out to do the windows this is a no brainer. If this breaks down I’ll get another and still consider it a win.

I have a second story office window with the best view in the whole building, and literally 2 months after all the windows were cleaned, a bird somehow managed to poop on my window, which is pretty impressive since it's under an overhang. Did a search and found this product and thought I'd give it shot (the office manager was on board too). Thankfully had a lower transom type window I could open and was able to get the unit placed with a little effort. It did the first pass of the whole window, and did a great job, but the poop spot needed some extra work, so it was easy to drive the unit to the spot and use the spot-clean mode about 5 times to really get it clean. Amazing technology! Great job to the engineers that put this thing together! Highly recommend! One note...I couldn't find in the manual what type of cleaning solution to use, so I just mixed 1/4 of the included bottle with window cleaner and water and it seemed to work well.
