A Rollercoaster of Emotions I Never Saw Coming
I've never written a book review before, but this one kept me utterly hooked until the very last page. One moment I was sobbing uncontrollably, the next smiling through tears, then shocked into silence sometimes all at once. I never imagined a single book could unleash such a whirlwind of emotions, but this masterpiece did just that. What a ride I absolutely loved it! If you're craving a story that grips your heart and refuses to let go, pick this up now. 5/5 stars.

A moving, memorable read โฅ๏ธ
Product review: Book arrived in a great condition. Content Review: This book is a moving, thought-provoking reflection on how deeply our lives are intertwined. We follow Eddie, a 83-year-old man who is well respected and liked by those around him. He spends his days at the fair, helping anyone who needs a hand. When he dies trying to save someone from a deadly fall, he wakes up in a heaven unlike anything he imagined. There, five people from his past are waiting to show him what his life meant. He remembers some of them, while others are strangersโฆ but each has a story to tell about the mark they left on one anotherโs lives. The story moves between Eddieโs present and his past, from his first birthday to the moments leading up to his death. These flashbacks give his character real depth. Itโs easy to empathise with Eddie as he carries old wounds and regrets, yet his kind heart shines through. Along the way, he comes to understand the enduring power of forgiveness and love. I loved the concise writing and short chapters, which convey so much about Eddieโs journey without feeling weighed down by unnecessary detail. The idea that even the smallest act can have a lasting impact on someoneโs life stayed with me, along with the comforting thought that our lives matter in ways we may never fully understand. Eddieโs growth feels steady and convincing from the first page to the last. My only complaint is that a few passages felt repetitive and slowed the pace slightly. Still, this was a moving, memorable read โฅ๏ธ Highly recommended.๐

a beautiful book, must read !!!
The Five People You Meet in Heaven Fairness doesn't govern life and death, if it did, no good person would have died young. For every individual who thinks of him as waste, lonely and insignificant should read this book. There is no life insignificant, not even the miniscule of the species. All life intersects and leaves an impact on others. Death doesnโt just take someone it misses someone else and in the small distance between being taken and being missed lives are changed. Threw out life, have there been any situation where you have no idea why a certain result occurred? Do you think there are any events from your past that didnโt have a big impact on your life, that potentially had a big impact on other personโs life? We normally tend to see and live life in our own perspective yet our decision directly or indirectly shapes the future of a few individuals. This book has the crux of life and teaches the idea of death, life and lifeโs unanswered questions. Mitch Albom writes a fantastic story that will change everything you have ever thought about life, death and the meaning of life when we were alive. Plot: Eddie is a wounded war veteran, an old man who lives an average life in solitude. His job is fixing rides in an amusement park. On his 83rd birthday a tragic incident takes place when he is killed trying to save a little girl from a falling cart. He awakes in the afterlife and has to meet five different people explaining his life. With these five different people we dig deep into Eddieโs life from childhood to his end and learn the significance of each person and their impact on his life. These vivid individuals teach Eddie 5 important life lessons and how it shaped Eddieโs life. This is a classic Mitch Albom story, when Important life lessons are taught in an unconventional yet entertaining manner. The Five People You Meet in Heaven is a beautiful story and its effect on me is heartbreaking and heartwarming in equal measures.

An amazing journey of life's meaning
I have only ever cried at two books and this is one of them. Don't get me wrong the content is amazing and that is why I was brought to tears; not through sadness, but almost a love and empathy for/with the main character and his struggle through heaven. I read it in three hours and will definitely read it again before the year is out. There's something lovely about a book that broaches the subject of death with an intelligent and throught-provoking manner, that allows you to alter your own thoughts and pre-occupations with the things a lot of us fear; dying alone and without accomplishment. I have already recommended this to many friends and strangers. It doesn't take long to read as it's so easy to engage with each and every word. Not once was I confused or bored with the story or the way it was written. A beautiful book, give it a go if you'd like to hear a lovely story of how an old man finds his worth, why his life did make it's imprint on the world and how the world made it's imprint on him. P.S. The other book I cried at was Flowers For Algernon, another thought provoking read that completely takes over your emotions, during and after reading the book. Very similar reads in the way they leave you with a "happy-sadness".
