The air pathway is blocked. Should I make a hole and then try to blow in?

Glad to answer your question though mentioned in product details. Dear sir it is an auto lock system. You will see a nipple on the corner of the pillow, There is cap on the nipple.Open the cap & you will see a cut inside the neck.pressing from out side in such a way that the cut is opened.Just keep it pressed from out side & fill the air through your mouth. As the air is filled relise the neck and the air is locked.Vise-versa for removing the air.Pls feel free for any query. We are always there to help you at our level best.
