This gives you CarPlay but REMOVES ALL OTHER OEM ABILITIES You can touch and swipe and some stuff still works but you cannot switch to your climate settings, audio, or any other vehicle settings. Depends on how important those things are to you. Unfortunately, I haven’t to return this and get the BeatSonic so I can use my climate and other settings as well. It retains factory sound system so it still sounds great. Touchscreen is the same IPS/LCD screen. Install instructions are non-existent. Managed to find a video on youtube with a similar unit being installed to see how to do it.
